Sure is handy havin' a lake right down the road. I went down there yesterday eve and fished till dark, slow...had one keeper crappie in the well when I called it quits. Left the plastic rig hooked up and went back this mornin'. It was a bit better. I kept a lake limit(15) but a few of those were small, ya might a needed to step on em to get em to the 10 inch size limit. Caught several that were too short even for steppin' on.
Looks like crappie fer supper tonight. |
