Went out today after work with my senior-in-high-school son Jack. We put in at Cowskin under not much wind - calm lake - and went across to the north bank in search of white bass. Did not get started till 5:45 and we managed 9 sandbass, a channel cat and 2 largemouth in 75 minutes trying spots on both sides of the lake. Most fish were caught in our last spot the mouth of Warishi Creek in the rocks. White and chartreuse rooster tails were best producers. Need to try plastics more and need some wind!
Did not look at water temp tonight again. Sorry.
