Just thought I should remind people of the new Law of having to have your Name and Fishing License ID Number on your Stringer below Oklahoma Tailwaters.  Yesterday March 6, 2016, Game Wardens gave out Warning Tickets below Eufaula Dam.  According to a new Law each Angler must keep his or her Fish separate with your name and License number attached to Stringer.  Since there is no limit on White Bass, it doesn't make since to me that people should have to keep their fish separate, etc.  I assume you can still give Sand Bass to others if you want to???   Also I read another new Law, where you cannot have any cleaned fish in your possession until you have stopped fishing for the day.  What do you all think about these new Laws?

Keeps honest folks honest and will catch a few meathogs ---

Same with cleaning fish at final destination -- on water fish cleaning is just another tool for poachers and dishonesty.
Those who would give up constitutional freedoms to elected officials in exchange for a false sense of security, deserve neither freedom or security.

I personally think it's a very good ideal.
Too many of us have seen fisherman run up to the car, or drive home and back after they've filled a limit - then start fishing again.
OR - the ranger shows up and suddenly a stringer full of striper suddenly belongs to a whole group. Ha
But then, I also think the state is going to have to get tougher with all it's fishing regulations below dams.
Too often those areas are small impoundments creating great refuge for many fish; and on average - bigger fish.
