Not a lot of activity on this board lately, but I thought I would check here first.  Looking for someone who can help me troubleshoot my outboard motor that won't start.  Either looking for someone who can point me in the right direction on what to look for, or for a suggestion on a qualified mechanic that I can trust to take it to.

Took the boat out for only 2nd time this year on Friday.  Got it started and pulled off the trailer.  Waited for buddy to park the truck and we are heading out of the boat ramp area.  I'm starting the throttle the boat up and bring it up on plane and all of a sudden the motor just stops.  Didn't sputter or anything, just stopped cold like i had turned the key off.  Tried starting back up.... nothing.

After we got back to the house... I pulled the plugs and checked for spark... no spark on any cylinder.

It is a 1999 Johnson 115 hp v4.  It has the OIS 2000 optical ignition system.

Any advice is appreciated.

Depends on where you are - Gerald at Marine Plus can get it going PDQ if you are in Stillwater area - IF NONE of the cylinders are firing - its more likely a safety - I'd flip the safety lanyard kill switch in and out a few times to see if that's the likely culprit before I would start chasin rabbits. Next check check your neutral detent safety switch - it also could be bad, after that you will be into the OIS system itself.
