We brought home some Bluefish from the gulf. Tony said it wasn't good after being froze and needed to be consumed while fresh. I found a recipe for a marinade...orange juice, lemon juice, lime juice, olive oil, and a citrus fish rub, and grilled about four pounds of fillets the day after we got home. It was quite tasty, but had some fillets left, and figured I'd do them like a tuna salad. That worked very well...just a suggestion for what one might do if ya need to do something with Bluefish.
