With it a likely possibility that Canton may suffer from low water conditions, has ODWC considered urging the operating entity to install bubbler aeration for this summer to prevent massive kills? - it would seem that from an economic standpoint this would be a better alternative than doing nothing.

I would think that now would be the time to try and avert a disaster, I've seen these systems work as a temporary stop gap -

All they would need is three phase power, a roots blower, and weighted PVC piping in a grid off the dam in the deepest water which is left --

It almost looks like to me everyone has thrown their hands up in the air, and just wait for this disaster --
Those who would give up constitutional freedoms to elected officials in exchange for a false sense of security, deserve neither freedom or security.

Tony, plenty of options have been presented to USACE and OKC Water Trust...but they hold the power. If you really want to get an upset stomach, just look at the tiny amount of money OKC has to pay for that allotment of water based on a deal brokered between the old USACE colonel and OKC Water Authority a while back. It will make you wonder...
