Had to dig for it, but I found it:

Crappie Chat Shrimnp Coon A$$

2 dozen Large shrimp or crawfish tails-raw

Everything marked with an * mix in a small bowl.

1 Tsp Cayenne pepper*
1 Tsp Black Pepper*
1/2 Tsp Crushed Red Pepper*
1/2 Tsp Dried Thyme Leaves*
1/2 Tsp Dried Crushed Rosemary*
1/8 Tsp Dried Oregano*
1 Stick plus 5 Tbls Butter
1 1/2 Minced Garlic Cloves
1 Tsp Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 C chicken Buillon
1/4 C Beer @ room Temp

Combine 1 stick of butter, Garlic, Worsh. sauce, and seasonings into a large skillet over high heat. When butter is melted add shrimp, cook for 2 mins while shaking pan. Add remaining 5 Tbls of butter and chicken stock, shake for 2 mins. Add beer, shake for one minute, remove from heat.
Serve with loaf or two of french bread.

I know I'm bringing this thread back from the dead but I just want to say I love this recipe. I added some cubed spoonbill to it and wow it was awesome.

I have made this twice since I saw it. It is awesome, soaking up the sauce with the bread is lip smackin good and has a nice heat to it.
