Take your raw fillets , chunk them up and place in a quisinart, with a little mayo, cilantro and onion -- chop the mixture up until you have a consistency that you can roll in your favorite coating and fry in a skillet or deep fry - sum good stuff there --

Man that sounds good Tony. Have you ever eaten suckers(yes I'm talkin red horses and whites)? I would think they would work great in this recipe. Suckers are the sweetest tasting fish I've ever eaten but the bones just wear you out. I would think this recipe would work great on those bone filled fish.

Red Horse suckers mmmmmm!!!!!!!!!! Do you score the filets? Dont have a bone problem that way.
